Great location close to shops and theaters, with clean and convenient rooms and friendly staff. The hotel provides parking and easy transportation options.

Great location in the city centre, close to the old town. Rooms were new and Comfortable, free wifi.

Very noisy at night from street below, despite being 4 levels up. We had different room from our friends and all of us had sleepless nights due to the constant noise. You could hear people talking from the street! Car parking that hotel offered was a good deal at €10 per day, however it was a 10minute walk from hotel so we paid extra and parked at the parking next to hotel €25 per day.

Hotel is fine but you need to find it. 2nd floor of office building.

Actualy, this is an apartment where every room is made as a hotel room. If there is a holiday day it is impossible to reach the hotel with a car, as the street will be closed for car till midnight.

the (only) man at teh inn was pleasant. the room/bathroom was OK

It is not a Hotel!!!!!!!!. its four small rooms at the second stock of an appartment building. Security is low, facilities are none. It would not have too bad if the price was half. In all fairness, we got 1 and 1/2 room as these were spare anyway. But its much too expensive for the scope offered, even compared to 3 star hotels in the neighbourhood.

Room was clean and modern with a big bathroom. the location was just perfect for the Xmas season with lots of activities and shops around. the best part was the balcony view which was perfect for watching the Xmas lights.

No hot water in the morning for shower and no WiFi. the noise from the street kept us awake all night making it difficult to sleep.

Acceptable accommodation in the centre of Sanremo with easy access to the market and evening dining in the older part of town

The location is convenient

There are two locations for this hotel, via mameli and piazza colombo, we stayed in rooms in via mameli, and the rooms are outside the reception which is quite strange. There was no view frmo the room, the shower and shower door was broken

Located in a bustling area, this affordable hotel offered excellent value and convenience. Despite the unmanned reception, check-in was smooth and keys were available on the room door. Rooms were spacious and clean, with Italian fittings in bathrooms. the central location meant that popular shopping areas and the port were a short walk away.

There were issues with hot water in the shower.

This is not a hotel. This is an apartment not located at the address of the Memole Inn. The "Memole Inn" (which is just a desk in a room on the 2nd floor of an obscure building) was extremely difficult to locate and the surrounding roads are now closed to traffic. Do not try to locate this after dark. The room was quite cold and could not adjust the thermometer. There were no blankets on the bed ore elsewhere in the apartment. Tried to call the staff person who let us into the apartment (which was 2 blocks away), but the telephone in the hall had no cords and no dial tone.

Great location and value for money. The room was clean and had good facilities, including comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom. The hotel is situated in a central, pedestrian area close to popular attractions and shops. The soundproofing was effective, and noise from outside did not disturb our sleep.

The hotel does not have a reception area or staff, which may be inconvenient for some guests. Instructions for check-in and check-out were provided by phone.
